That I have dared to go for it and take risks has not only resulted in an exciting and interesting career in five different European countries, but it has also shaped me as a person. Every day I change between Swedish, English, Dutch and Italian and I enjoy the different cultures and the constant learning that brings.
With my wide and long experience within management and leadership, I feel comfortable in most situations. As I have organised and implemented several change processes I know what is needed to get all co-workers onto the journey. I believe in making sure that both the customer and the co-worker metaphorically gets space in the boardroom. When I can contribute to and impact good people to develop, I feel at my best. I am curious and full of energy and always ready to try something new, everything from dancing tango, cook new recipes, to ride a mountain bike in the Tuscan hills.
Imagine to be allowed to develop companies and people, imagine to see individuals grow and flourish as I have done for more than 30 years. When it is possible to share this with others it makes me very glad and happy. My grandfather was a fisherman, my father a paint dealer so I have a lot of entrepreneurship in me. I have started and managed different companies with the speciality of business development, personal development and organizing events. I have during the years had the privilege to live in two countries, Sweden and Italy. My passion is to enjoy “The Good Life”, just like the name of the book I have written. The wish to challenge yourself and to fulfil your dreams is significant for me. Both in my professional life and as a person. I enjoy tasting good olive oils, wine and enjoy good meals together with others. You who know me usually describes me as a “100-meter runner”, “Rumpnisse – Why do you do it this way?”, “Romantic, Noisy and Caring”.
